important points:

 

01 - inform Xanadu asset management center and the owner if you find anything broken inside your room after check-in
02 - do not hang any photos and pictures on the wall (with nails) without any written consent from the owner. Otherwise, you must repair the holes and broken paint
03 - Do not paint on the wall, and keep the walls clean  
04 - do not change the painting color of the wall without any written consent from the owner
05 - do not keep any pets without any written consent from the owner
06 - do not let your pet destroy any furniture and other facilities, if pets are allowed
07 - take care of wood floors to avoid scratch or rub
08 - Please take care of the marble floors to avoid stains
09 - do not do any modifications to the facilities or decoration, including installation of shelves or towel bar on the wall and changing locks, without any written consent from the owner
10 - Note that you are responsible for the loss and destruction of furniture and house appliances, therefore, take good care of the facilities and other things in your house
11 - take all practical measures to avoid damage when storms or fire accidents happen
12 - buy insurance for your personal belongings and any destruction caused by your or roommate’s / guest’s / invitee’s behavior
